Excellent rooms and facilities in a leafy, upper class part of the city in walking distance to the city centre. Rooms are spacious, clean, have big windows and are well designed. The rooms have big windows and a real desk set up with sockets to plugin a laptop and work, something most hotel don’t seem to care about work aspects. And if that’s not enough, the location is just awesome and invites to morning walks or runs. Trying to find something I didn’t like, hmm… nothing comes to mind, ticks all boxes for me.

Breakfast was really good. For coffee lovers, they will make you nice espresso or cappuccino. Restaurant is also a good choice for dinner. There is a small shop for some essentials, snacks and drinks one may need. Kigali is such a nice city and the view from the top (even though it's a 4-story building) is beautiful. Btw, the restaurant offers a cake (reasonable price) so in case you want to treat people you work with - this is a nice option.

In this price category, this was perfect for me: a huge room with a balcony, super cosy bed, very friendly and helpful service, and a quiet location. I was booked to another (more expensive) hotel at the end of my holiday but cancelled it and chose to come back to Urban.

Urban by CityBlue Kigali is a lovely hotel. Our room was large and very comfortable and the dining area with its excellent view is beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I were there for three nights and would certainly stay there again.

This hotel offers high standard at a good price. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The centre (Kiyovu) is within walking distance (you have to walk up the hill though). While there are many nice restaurants in the area, you actually have one of the best restaurants in Kigali on top of the hotel. They have a large variety of food at very good prices and you don't have to wait long for your food either. I appreciated finding a Gideon testament in my room.

I liked the location a lot, and the roof restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. And I had a fantastic view over Kigali from my room.

Everything. We were very impressed with this hotel. Rooms were big with good shower room and balcony. The rooftop restaurant was amazing and we had a good dinner and great breakfast here. Staff were friendly. We would stay here again. Eat meals at the hotel as prices and quality was good.

Had an excellent stay at Urban. Wonderful suite with very comfortable bed room, pretty good breakfast, very popular rooftop restaurant. I loved the green and generally quiet neighborhood, in walking distance from Kigali center.

Extremely Satisfied with everything i expected for. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable staying. Staff are very friendly and easily to helping. Breakfast was very good tasteful you will love. The hotel room is huge and cleaning and is safety to stay. i will recommend people to book the best hotel. i will stay the hotel again.
